Dree Mon, a project and moniker from award-winning song-writer Dree Paterson, described as “the sardonic love child between David Bowie and Wonder Woman from the valley,” is a Los Angeles based, super funky pop artist who made her debut at the tail-end of 2017 with “Rebel Soul.”

Dree’s songwriting has been featured across many media outlets, including TV shows (“Parenthood” and “White Collar”), Films (“No Service”, “Wingman Inc!”, and “Love of War”), web series (“Liv Out Loud”), and she had a cut and a feature on international artist Robert M’s album “2013”. She has penned and been a featured vocalist on collabs with acclaimed DJ Sydow (Spirit Soul Records), and plaque carrying DJ/Producer Ron Reeser. Her latest placement is for her song “Rebel Soul” which can be heard on Netflix film “Highstrung: Free Dance.” Dree also performs frequently at stages around Southern California, where she brings her unique blend of influences to the stage. Inspired by such artists as Gwen Stefani, Stevie Wonder, and Jamiroquai, Dree Mon’s music is a blend of modern production and classic funk elements. Her music has earned her many accolades, such as an award from the Indie Music Channel (Best Adult Contemporary Song), a RAWard (Producer Choice Award), a nomination from the LA Indie Critic Awards (Best Music Video), and a Temecula Valley Music Award (Best Out of Town Talent – Pop).
